Cormac Buchanan, is 16 years old and in 2021 became the first New Zealand rider to compete in the Red Bull Rookies Cup in Europe. He was invited back in 2022 and he's now preparing to take on the full schedule in 2023. Host Brent Harbour chats about what got him started in bike riding, who's going to Europe with him, and what are his goals for this year

Plus Brent chats to Jock Saunders, a Southland Farmer who organised a Southland relief initiative to help people and animals in Hawkes Bay after the cyclone. Jock was inspired by a desperate phone call from a mate of his in the Hawkes Bay.
